We would like to inform you that due to overwhelming response, our Lottery has reached its current capacity for new applicants.
As a result, we are temporarily pausing the lottery applications. Draws will be run as normal each month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to commonly asked question about the SuperDraw.

Who can enter the SuperDraw?

Entry to the SuperDraw Association is restricted to staff working for Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, and who are paid through the Trust’s payroll. No other person may join the Association or participate in SuperDraw.

Can I have more than one monthly entry?

No, participation is limited to one entry per person at a cost of £5 a month.

Do I choose my own lottery number to play with?

Every entry into the draw is automatically allocated a unique lottery number. The odds of winning are fair and equal for every number. Once a number is allocated to a player it cannot be allocated again to another player.

How can I pay for my entries?

Once you have registered, £5 will be deducted from your salary each month, unless you have opted out of the scheme. You are free to opt out and opt back in again at a later date.

How do I claim my prize?

There is no need to make a claim for any prizes won. Prizes will be paid to winners automatically following the monthly draw.

How can I opt in to the lottery scheme?

To opt in to the lottery scheme online, all you need to do is click here, complete your details including your Payroll Unique ID, and submit your application to be processed by our External Lottery Manager, Sterling Management Centre Limited.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your SuperDraw lottery number.

How can I opt out of the lottery scheme?

If you are an existing player and would like to opt out of playing the NLAG SuperDraw, please get in touch with us at nlag@workplacelotteries.co.uk.

Please note that if we receive your request after the payroll cut-off date, then your membership will be cancelled for the following month's draw.

Is the lottery legal?

Yes, we operate in compliance with all Gambling Commission (the UK regulatory body concerned with lotteries) requirements and the lottery is administered by a certified External Lottery Manager. For further information please see our SuperDraw Constitution page.

What is the minimum age requirement to enter

You must be over the age of 16 to enter the lottery.

How are the lottery proceeds used?

The cost of your lottery ticket is split between the prize fund, the staff benefits fund (which all active lottery players can apply for) and the administrative costs. As a breakdown for every lottery ticket purchased 55% of the price goes to the prize fund, 25% goes to the administrative costs of running the lottery and 20% goes into the staff development fund.
